Excellent Service Dylan picked up our Jeep to get the oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. The service department got it taken care of very expediently. My wife Dylan picked up our Jeep to get the oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. The service department got it taken care of very expediently. My wife was given a loaner vehicle to drive while hers was in the service department, which didn’t leave her without a vehicle. Awesome job from everyone at Elliott! Took them at least four days to figure what was wrong with truck. Gave approval to order part. Part was there for two days before they started fixing it. We were calling to find out what was going on. Had to leave messages which were not returned. Finally was ready for pickup two weeks after we got it there. More
