Oil Change Plus I went in for a regular oil change. Also wanted tires checked since one kept losing air. I was told it was time to rotate the tires. Ok. Then they fou I went in for a regular oil change. Also wanted tires checked since one kept losing air. I was told it was time to rotate the tires. Ok. Then they found out that there were 3 recalls on the truck. They had the part for one and the other 2 were software issues. Said it would take about 3 hours. They actually got through in 2 hours. Everything on the paperwork was not completed but "they would mail it to me". I have never gotten the paperwork showing what the actually did. Also, one tire was at 34 pounds while the other 3 were 39 or 40. Tires may have been rotated, but they one with a leak definitely was not checked and fixed. Also, there was not a new oil change sticker with mileage for the next change placed on the windshield. More
