Not Satisfied The overall experience was pleasant . Everyone was nice and respectful. The only negative part of the deal was, we found out at the least minute th The overall experience was pleasant . Everyone was nice and respectful. The only negative part of the deal was, we found out at the least minute that there was only one key-fob for the vehicle. We gave them two fobs with our trade-in. It's common knowledge that every modern auto should have 2 key-fobs minimum. If we lose or damage the only one, we have a big problem. We complained to the salesman, paperwork man, and the deal closer. All we got were reasons why there was only one, but no offer to help us get a second. We asked the salesman to please call and let us know if he could or could not get us another but as expected, we haven't heard a word. Kinda gave us the feeling that once the deal was complete, attitudes changed and they were no longer concerned with me and my wife. Will think twice about going back to that dealership but did learn another valuable lesson about purchasing a vehicle. We have no hard feelings, just disappointment. More
