The only drawback would be the long wait time the first day I was there for four and a half hours, the second day I was there, when I finalized the deal, I was there 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours. I would definitely recommend Elliott Auto group to my friends and family to purchase their new or used vehicles. More

Finance guy lied , service lights came on day after purchase The finance guy lied about not stretching out the length of the loan to get the price I needed instead of coming off the sticker price or getting more The finance guy lied about not stretching out the length of the loan to get the price I needed instead of coming off the sticker price or getting more for my trade... I didn't feel good turns out I had the flue and was running late to pick up my kids so took his word for it didn't find out till I was signing papers and felt like it was to late to back out then. I Feel like I was pushed into buying the car after saying the interest rate was to high and the loan term to long and the payment still to high he acted like he was doing me a favor and fixing it and in the long run he added 6 months to the loan costing me more. Then windshield leaked (they replaced it since it had just been replaced) they came and picked it up from my job and brought it back which was great but when they brought it back a piece was broken off the rearview mirror and the traction control light and antilock break light were on which apparently isn't their fault or problem since I couldn't afford the warranty I just feel like it's a heck of a coincidence the lights came on so soon after purchase. I've contacted Victor and he says nothing can be done. I am very dissatisfied with my experience overall. And wish I would of went elsewhere. More
