"They DO NOT honor their own warranty!! I was driving through Mt. Pleasant with my family. My wheel bearing went out AGAIN after being repaired only a few months prior at a RAM dealership. T I was driving through Mt. Pleasant with my family. My wheel bearing went out AGAIN after being repaired only a few months prior at a RAM dealership. The young man at the front desk was very nice and seemed helpful. Once they got my truck in to see the damage, they informed me that it was once again the same bearing that would need to be repaired AGAIN. I asked if it would be under warranty because I specifically paid more for the RAM parts from a RAM dealership to fix it the first time for that very reason. They said it would be BUT since the part was on backorder for 6 weeks....they would not be able to warranty the parts or labor at the dealership and I would have to call RAM myself to get it taken care of. So a part that I paid more for only lasted 6 months...RAMS fault...the part they needed to put back in it is on back order (because it clearly has a problem)....RAMS fault....I had to pay out of pocket AGAIN for a faulty part...RAMS faults and now I am having to do all of the leg work to get my money back for a problem was that RAMS fault!!! Elliott motors should have stepped up and made it right with me and then fought it out with RAM themselves. It should not be my problem that they have faulty parts that go out while you are going 70 mph down the interstate....but somehow Elliott motors has made it my problem. A problem that RAM has informed me, after ME having to call THEM back, that it could take up to 90 days for them to give me decision as to if they are going to do the right thing or not. Elliott motors should be the ones chasing down their money...not me having to chase down mine! More

Great buying experience I had been searching for a good deal on a new Ford F-250. I had tried just about every dealership in East Texas and a few in the Dallas/Fort worth are I had been searching for a good deal on a new Ford F-250. I had tried just about every dealership in East Texas and a few in the Dallas/Fort worth area. I had begun to become frustrated because I knew what I had to trade and knew what my budget was. My wife actually called Elliot in Mount Pleasant one evening just before their closing time. She talked to Brayan and he was so helpful and nice and asked us to send pictures of my trade and he would get to work the next day to try and help us find the right truck and the right deal. We began talking via text the next day and at the end of the day we had made a gentlemans agreement to purchase the vehicle. Just want to say what a top notch dealership this truly is. You can just feel it when you walk through the door. There is no pressure and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Brayan and Chris are absolutely the best sales and finance team I have ever dealt with buying a new vehicle and I have been around a while and have purchased many vehicles in my life and have always dreaded the experience because it always it is just a fight every time. Not this time. Thanks Brayan and Chris!!!!! More
