Not a happy customer We recieved an E-mail on April 9th that offered a tire rotation and full synthetic oil change for $59.95, so thinking it would be good to get the tir We recieved an E-mail on April 9th that offered a tire rotation and full synthetic oil change for $59.95, so thinking it would be good to get the tires rotated and oil changed, we went to Elliotts on the 10th for the service. It was quickly done and we were ready to go but when I got the invoice it was for $80.16. I questioned the charges and told Service writer #536 about the $59.95 offer and he knew nothing about it but would bring it to the attention of the service manager. I paid the $80.16 and left. I have heard nothing else from Elliotts. Looks like bait & switch to me. More

Loyal Customer I have been a customer for over 10 years.Elliotts is my go to place. Both daughters are Elliott customets also. We always get great customer service. My only complaint is...that you would think if a loyal customer such as I came in for service on the only vehicle they own and it is going to be a 4 hour process..you would offer me a vehicle to drive.
