My radio problem is still not resolved. I bought a truck in march of 2018 and have had radio issues since my purchase. I have had a re manufactured radio put in my truck but have been repor I bought a truck in march of 2018 and have had radio issues since my purchase. I have had a re manufactured radio put in my truck but have been reporting issues with it since January and still no resolution. The service department says they are trying to get resolution but that Chrysler Corp has to approve another radio and they will not do it even after I have filed a complaint via phone call to the Corp Service department. The dealer has verified my radio DOES HAVE issues. So, I still have issues with no resolution. I am just thinking at some point it becomes a dealer warranty issue and they replace the radio to keep a satisfied customer. I have been more than patient but that patience has finally begun to wear thin. If you buy a new vehicle with warranty and you don't have a fix after 14 months, it is more than a corporate issue. More

First time Elliot buyer Number one reason I visited this dealer was due to their "Online pricing" of Ram trucks. My last Ram truck I owned for 17 years with relatively NOTHI Number one reason I visited this dealer was due to their "Online pricing" of Ram trucks. My last Ram truck I owned for 17 years with relatively NOTHING ever going wrong with it, so I respect the brand name and hear too many stories about the competitions trucks. Ezekiel was an excellent salesman, very cordial and helpful to a point. My buying experience happened on a Monday, so not like a weekend day with "no help around". I heard from one of the employees that 4 sales managers were out sick that day, so might explain some of our problems there. A LOT OF WAITING AROUND! Probably the worst ever in my life, and I am retired with MANY cars bought in my life. First of all couldn't get a decent and fair price on my trade in, so settled for about $1,500 less than it was worth. Then in finance room, the person told me an interest rate that was disgraceful and offensive! Got him to reduce it a percentage point, but for someone like us, our credit score is near perfect and should have resulted in a lot less. Waited forever for the truck to be brought around after cleaning, then I learned Ezekiel our salesman had TO WASH THE TRUCK ALSO!! NO HELP in the back for that?? NO wonder we waited for 6 hours to buy a truck! Nobody ever explained any of the options on the truck, nothing about service maintenance, you name it, just "here's the keys".. I will check the yes box for recommending the dealer, but with hesitation. I SHOULD have "shopped around" more this time, but it was close to home. More
