Job did not meet expected standards. Back in the spring I had several thousand dollars worth of front end work on my Chrysler 300. Last week as I was driving a terrible noise scared me t Back in the spring I had several thousand dollars worth of front end work on my Chrysler 300. Last week as I was driving a terrible noise scared me to death, thought I had a blow out. I was out of town mind you. Stopped looked at tires and they were fine. Started driving again, it happened again. Looked under the car and realized the wheel lining was not attached by even a single screw! I popped it in best I could and made it to my cousins house in Longview. He put two picture hanger plugs in it till I could get it in. My husband took it in and they reseated the liner, added the other screws but left the 2 picture hangers, one was gray and one was blue in the wheel well! They gave him some song and dance which was not what I would have stood for, but he is the nice guy who won’t complain, I’m not pleased he was taken advantage of, because you could. Twice before when he took it in to get tires rotated along with other work, they didn’t do it when they said they did by the work order. How did we know, they ask!
