Lack of communication Took my Ram in to get inspection and to be serviced. They did work and did a good job. Admittedly we came to pick it up at about 5:15 which was right Took my Ram in to get inspection and to be serviced. They did work and did a good job. Admittedly we came to pick it up at about 5:15 which was right before closing time. There were apparently a couple of things wrong which they didn’t point out nor fixed i.e. air filter needed to be replaced. There also was something wrong with the alignment on one of the front tires. We had to call next morning to ask about the problems we had read on receipt. Now we have to take it back in or take it somewhere else to fix it. Granted Brian said he would give a whopping 10% discount. More
