Then when the time came to sign the paperwork, I met Joey Smith and he was very easy to work with and I wasn't hassled at all about extended warranties and such. Dodge Recall New to the area but received an airbag recall for my Challenger. Had a little mixup scheduling service but easily corrected. Was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. No loaner was available so had to schedule when my husband could follow me over because I didn't want to wait in the waiting area that long. My only complaint with service was that they seemed to be short on Service Advisors which made getting information difficult. I did receive an email prior to my appointment from a salesperson inquiring about trading my car in for a new or newer vehicle. I don't like solicitation emails and this gave me a bad impression of the dealership before I even went for service. More
