Oil Change I went for an oil change and had them check my blinker while I was there. No blinker fluid needed, just kidding. Exceptional Customer Service My wife and I walked in to the dealer unknowingly about 20 minutes prior to closing. (Our experience with this dealer started off a bit on the rocky My wife and I walked in to the dealer unknowingly about 20 minutes prior to closing. (Our experience with this dealer started off a bit on the rocky side) We began walking the lot in search of a new Ram Pickup. We were not approached by a single sales person as wee walked the lot. All the trucks were locked and we really would have liked to look inside the units. It was a bit cool outside and my wife was starting to get cold and bored with the whole process. She went back to our car to warm up and I was going to go inside to let them know they likely just loss a sale - (just my personality - had to let them know how poor the first impression was - in fact this dealer is over 60 miles from our home we just happened to be in the area) As I was walking into the dealer a salesperson was walking out (William) - it was at this moment that everything changed. I asked William if this dealer wanted to sell any cars - he smiled and said that we was on his way to put gas in a car he had sold earlier in the day but what were we interested in looking at - I told him the truck he ran in grabbed the keys and said to go do our thing. we went and drove the unit - a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited and fell in love and bought the car - Everything after the rough start was incredible. William really took care of us - he could have asked for our dl's and made us fill out paperwork - but no he just handed us thee keys and off we went - that one action turned lemons into lemonade and as they say the rest is history. No dealer is perfect and they have a difficult job but this dealer really seems to care about their customers - hopefully follow up is just as good. More
