Thats what Sherri did she knew the ins and outs of any and all questions my husband asked and he had researched the car we wanted. He was most impressed with her knowledge and passion about making sure all our needs were met. Sherri went out of her to make sure we got what we wanted and we were happy. More importantly, we never ever totally concluded a deal during a very first showroom visit. It is also not in our former northeastern roots or custom to write reviews. That all changed about two weeks ago when a random visit to Dyer Subaru in Vero Beach turned into a great afternoon for us, beginning with Sherri Lane, one of the showroom's excellent and knowledgeable associates. To summarize, the "crossover" that we locked eyes on and chose was certainly key to our decisions, but just as importantly, we were beyond pleased with every aspect and detail that Sherri took us through, including all the car data, the virtually free maintenance programs, and the insurance/plates exchanges and coverages among others. Sherri has an exceptionally patient and accomodating style that is often missing or lacking in these environments. The rest of the Dyer staff that we met and dealt with were also high calibre. Feeling relieved and confident in large dollar decision making processes are few and far between, but our new relationship with Sherri Lane has restored that feeling in us.
