I am a single mother of 3 with a 2005 XC98 and the sole income for my family. When I came to Dyer and Dyer my vehicle dash was showing a warning for "Transmission requires service" light. I brought it income for my family. When I came to Dyer and Dyer my vehicle dash was showing a warning for "Transmission requires service" light. I brought it in immediately. I was really very nervous about ths, as my car is out of warranty but I had no option but to have it repaired. John Dunn was somehow able to get my transmission and my radiator replaced through Volvo at NO COST to me!! I can't tell you what a blessing that John and his staff have been to me and my family! He took the initiative to look at my car and almost imediately located a potiential problem that could have become a real money issue if left unresolved. Mr Escobar as a service manager exibits the utmost in integritey, professionalism and knowlegde relating to my Volvo experience.
