There was an apparent miscommunication regarding the length of time it would take to diagnose and repair your vehicle. After diagnosing the problem we realized the needed repair required the attention of a specialized technician which can take a little longer than, for example, an oil change might. This is an exception in our Service Department, not the rule. We understand that it can be frustrating to wait longer than you anticipated for any type of service and that is why we were pleased to make the repair to your satisfaction.
