Dyer Chevrolet makes the difference I have been taking my 2011 Equinox to Dyer Chevy for last 3.5 years I have been in Vero Beach. I have found a place with a great service department an I have been taking my 2011 Equinox to Dyer Chevy for last 3.5 years I have been in Vero Beach. I have found a place with a great service department and manager in David Scott that have always been helpful and great in there service. I also traded my 2011 Equinox for a 2017 Equinox and the sales group made it a very pleasant trip and I walked out with a new 2017 LS Equinox. I really enjoy drying this SUV and it has great miles per gallon and comfortable to ride in for my family. Thanks Michael Ciemko . More

Service on my 2015 Impala I recently purchased a new 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. It required some minor detailing and a couple warranty issues. I got scheduled in to take care o I recently purchased a new 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. It required some minor detailing and a couple warranty issues. I got scheduled in to take care of those discrepancies at the Vero Beach location and had the pleasure of meeting their professional service staff. In particular Tim Zerbe my service writer. He was very perfossinal and courtious. He fully explained all that was to happen in the process of the visit and he was able to resolve all the discrepancies. I was set up with a rental car while mine was being serviced. When I picked my car up it was very nicely detailed. Great Job Tim!!! More
Sold a vehicle without tool to remove lug nut. Cannot remove flat tire without it. What a mess. Having to pay shop to remove all four special lug nut and replace with normal ones. This morning, I found a "Check Airbag" trouble message. When I showed up at Dyer Chevrolet without an appointment, it was crowded. But within half an hour, they got the Suburban into the shop, a message. When I showed up at Dyer Chevrolet without an appointment, it was crowded. But within half an hour, they got the Suburban into the shop, and found that the airbag was OK. The problem was frayed wires under the seat. Since they quoted me their basic diagnostic charge, I didn't want to spend more money, and I told them I'd fix the wires myself. But when I paid the bill, the mechanic came in and told me he had re-soldered and re-insulated the wires, and added new connectors. Thus, for the basic charge, they did additional work for free. Such great service is VERY RARE these days!! THANK YOU Dyer Chevrolet, and THANK YOU CARL MERRICK! More
