The Most Patient, Knowledgeable Expert, Ever! I really wasn't sure that I wanted to go through the car buying "thing", but then I met Steve ... WHAT A GUY! No, I am not related, just a very happy I really wasn't sure that I wanted to go through the car buying "thing", but then I met Steve ... WHAT A GUY! No, I am not related, just a very happy customer. Steve has the patience of Jobe; and I know this because I put him through the the wringer. Not on purpose, of course, just because I needed to negotiate the best deal on a limited budget. In the end, with Steve's help, I left my Sentra and drove away in a 2016 Cruze; although it is smaller than what I had, I am pleased with the car and confident in the dealership ... and I wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to Steve for all his help help! Great truck buying experience I started shopping for a new Silverado at the end of October. I talked to three dealerships and at the first two was told that I could choice from the I started shopping for a new Silverado at the end of October. I talked to three dealerships and at the first two was told that I could choice from their 2015 inventory or they could find something at another dealer that was closer to what I was looking for. Ordering a new 2016 exactly as I wanted it was meet with a lukewarm reception. When I went to Dyer's and meet Angela Moabed who had sold my son a Subaru several years ago, she introduced me to David Decker at the Chevrolet dealership.He was more than happy to order me a truck and worked with me,also getting the best price for my trade in. I was treated very fairly as far as the pricing of the new truck with no unexpected expenses such as pin striping or other high profit add ones that are common at some other dealerships. I would highly recommend Dyer's. More
