False information I give this rating strictly to the Internet sales department. I had an appointment that I showed up to but never met the person that I had the appoint I give this rating strictly to the Internet sales department. I had an appointment that I showed up to but never met the person that I had the appointment with. I had to go find a salesperson on my own after calling the number that was given to me and was told he (the Internet salesperson) wasn't there. I left a message and sent an email notifying him that I was in the showroom for our appointment. He never came over or answered my email. None of what he said was true. They simply pulled my credit and told me I needed $10k down and offered me $4k under value for my trade. They never looked at my car so how can you offer trade value without even looking at it? I won't be buying a car at Dyer now or in the future. Total waste of my time. I give 5 stars to the salesman I did meet (Cody) .He was great and I wish we could've made a deal but I will keep my car. I started to look for a used car, when HERE comes the DYER FAMILY. 1) Cheryl Campbell- Internet sales, I told her of my situation, I really could not afford another car etc. etc. DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SAID? "Tom, I am so sorry to hear about your experience I will pray for you". Cheryl called me many times to guide me. 2) Next Family Member - Mike Ciemko-Sales and Leasing Cheryl told Mike my entire story. Mike's first priority was to help me out of a bad situation an NOT to sell me a car. I met with Mike at DYER CHEVROLET my wife and I spoke with Mike right there and then he called Family Member 3) Tom Coss Used Car Sales Manager Mike And Tom came up with a game plan. GET MY CAR TOWED TO DYER FAST. It was done THAT DAY. Family Member 4) Josh Stafford , Josh came up with another plan let's fix THIS CAR, and they did. Only downside were the suction cup markings on the windshield, probably from the factory, but an easy fix with Windex. More

We spent quite a few hours test driving different vehicles and asking numerous questions. We finally decided on the Equinox and Mike took us through the leasing process quickly and very efficiently. Before we left Mike went through all the bells and whistles on the car, hooked my husbands phone up to Bluetooth and showed me how to work the various programs.
