I was recommended by a friend to go see the Chevrolet dealer ship because he got a car from Carlos. Carlos was great, he sold us a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox ls and made the posses easy going. He informed us about our coverage on our Equinox and answered our questions with ease. He can speak both English and Spanish for those who have parents who need a direct conversation than to have a translator. I didn't feel pressured to buy and overall easy going guy. More

When entering the showroom I was asked how I could be helped and my contact person was notified immediately of my arrival. When I initially met Mike C. he asked me what I was looking for. He continued to ask additional questions for his personal understanding of what I was looking for so that he could be more helpful. He never pushed me or "talked me into something I didn't want or need". Throughout the entire process, he checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable and in need of nothing (I had my two children with me ages 9 and 6).
