Last evening I spoke with a sales rep and said the car was still available. When I got there at 9:15 basically as soon as they opened, I was informed that the vehicle was sold last night (actually took a deposit on it). This car was listed on Car Guru for over 30 days. The used care sales manager didn't even had the decency to come out to talk to me. The sales rep was so sorry and was trying to put me in another vehicle. I think these low priced low millage vehicles are bogus. It is to lure you in and try to put you in another vehicle. More

We have used the service department and have good experiences with them too. The only bad experience was with an administrator who talked down to me trying to make a deal. Very unprofessional, but Carlos called me on the way home. That went a long way with me. We have purchased several Chevrolets and Carlos ensured we purchased another. Kevin Dolan did our closing tonight and was great to deal with. Very friendly. More

He quickly brought us keys to the car we liked. In no way did we feel like an inconvenience - which is something I've come to expect from those who serve customers, especially since it was after hours. We felt so comfortable that my husband went back to work on the deal the next day; he pretty much stole the car... Now, we're loving our mint condition, fully loaded, 2015 Mustang GT convertable with the 50th anniversary appearance package and all of it's 6800 miles! Thank God for Southern manners!
