Even though I did not see the color and also the features on any of the cars he assured us he would keep looking and let us know when he located our car. We were in no hurry to purchase a car and let him know that we would continue looking at other dealerships. The next day Anthony called to say he had the car in if I wanted to take a drive and see if it was all I had wanted in a car. My last car had been giving me nothing but grief due to an electrical problem that couldn't ever seem to be permanently resolved, and had been putting off the inevitable and replacing it. I had gotten some very favorable recommendations about Mike Ciemko at Dyer Chevrolet, and this week decided it was time to bite the bullet and visit the dealership. I couldn't be happier with this decision. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful and truly seemed to put my best interests at the forefront. He made the whole experience pleasant, and I regret not having gone in sooner. I can't recommend him highly enough. While I was there, he introduced me to Tina Klein, the General Sales Manager. Tina was very welcoming and friendly, thanking me repeatedly for coming in, and letting me know that if I could contact her if I ever needed anything. She just added to my overall sense that Dyer is a first-rate dealership. Everyone's least favorite part of purchasing a car must be dealing with the financial end. John Sottile genuinely took the pain out of the paperwork, however. He's a seasoned veteran of the business, very professional, and was a pleasure to work with. He did his best to get things handled quickly, but took the time to answer any questions I had, ensuring that I was fully informed at every step. Kudos to the staff at Dyer Chevrolet. I would encourage anyone who is in the market for a new (or used!) vehicle to pay them a visit. You won't be sorry. More
