There was an apparent miscommunication regarding the length of time it would take to diagnose and repair your vehicle. After diagnosing the problem we realized the needed repair required the attention of a specialized technician which can take a little longer than, for example, an oil change might. n behalf of Dyer Chevrolet, we extend our most sincere apologies for the error in regard to our inventory. It was a huge inconvenience for you and your family to make the trip from Oviedo only to find out the vehicle was no longer here. We are pleased that you were able to find the vehicle that you wanted even if it wasn't through us. Our staff tried everything they could think of to remedy the situation. The printout of the available 2013 Tahoe Hybrid that you were shown at the end of your visit indeed had a retail price tag of $54k, however, that was before any available incentives or rebates were applied. You were understandably upset at the situation and left the property before we could see what incentives you qualified for to reduce the price. This was a highly unusual circumstance for us and our other reviews indeed reflect that. Please accept our apologies and we hope you and your family are enjoying your new Tahoe.
