I will say that it's apparent to me that the Dyers and t 1st salesman was Christian Yergens, 2nd Mike Ciemko and our last experience was Dave Decker. Sold a vehicle without tool to remove lug nut. Cannot remove flat tire without it. What a mess. Having to pay shop to remove all four special lug nut and replace with normal ones.
