The Most Patient, Knowledgeable Expert, Ever! I really wasn't sure that I wanted to go through the car buying "thing", but then I met Steve ... WHAT A GUY! No, I am not related, just a very happy I really wasn't sure that I wanted to go through the car buying "thing", but then I met Steve ... WHAT A GUY! No, I am not related, just a very happy customer. Steve has the patience of Jobe; and I know this because I put him through the the wringer. Not on purpose, of course, just because I needed to negotiate the best deal on a limited budget. In the end, with Steve's help, I left my Sentra and drove away in a 2016 Cruze; although it is smaller than what I had, I am pleased with the car and confident in the dealership ... and I wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to Steve for all his help help!
