False information I give this rating strictly to the Internet sales department. I had an appointment that I showed up to but never met the person that I had the appoint I give this rating strictly to the Internet sales department. I had an appointment that I showed up to but never met the person that I had the appointment with. I had to go find a salesperson on my own after calling the number that was given to me and was told he (the Internet salesperson) wasn't there. I left a message and sent an email notifying him that I was in the showroom for our appointment. He never came over or answered my email. None of what he said was true. They simply pulled my credit and told me I needed $10k down and offered me $4k under value for my trade. They never looked at my car so how can you offer trade value without even looking at it? I won't be buying a car at Dyer now or in the future. Total waste of my time. I give 5 stars to the salesman I did meet (Cody) .He was great and I wish we could've made a deal but I will keep my car.
