Best Service Ever I have to admit I was nervous walking into the dealership to buy a car. I had seen a pre-owned jeep on their site and gave them a call. I walked in the door and Dave Decker immediately knew who I was! I was never pressured what so ever. He gave me and my boyfriend a tag and advised us to go out alone and test drive the car, which was so nice. Dave and the finance manager John ended up staying late to get the deal done. Dave and the Dyer team went above and beyond. This was my first time buying a car and thanks to my significant other and the Dyer team I am a proud owner of a beautiful Jeep. Dave was willing to allow my friend to broker a deal via phone so that I only had to then share drivers license, proof of insurance, & car registration, and fill out the short financial statement. Upon completion of this, we walked into the dealership at 4:30 pm, did a short test drive, signed papers, and walked back out at 5:30 pm as proud owners of a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruize. I couldn't have been happier and will sing praises of this dealership to anybody who will listen! My last car buying experience was at a different local Chevy dealership where we started at 10:30 am, and they played at selling me a car by leaving me in a small cubicle a half hour to an hour at a time, while they had discussions 'with the management' regarding any deal I proposed, and I never walked out of there until 5 pm with my new car. I swore I'd never return to that dealer. Being a single female you feel that they tend to take advantage of you. I was pleasantly surprised with the salesmanship of Dave Decker and Dyer Chevrolet in Vero. I will certainly return there for my next car purchase! More
