My salesman Jesse Vasquez assured me that there was no hurry, and that they would stay open for as long as it took to make me happy! I tested a Corvette, and a Camaro SS LT1. I never felt rushed nor pressured. Jesse was very knowledgeable, and patient. He steered me into the car that would be best for me, not his bottom line! I received an amazing deal, and Dyer has a customer for life, as a result! I would also like to thank Ken, who spent almost an hour of his own time teaching me the more advanced aspects of my rolling computer network/AV powerhouse. And again Thanks to Mr. Vasquez. He is truly an employee of whom you should be very proud. More

Incredible customer service experience My 2008 Ford Expedition broke down and I needed a replacement ASAP. After much Internet searching I found my perfect car, a 2015 Ford Expedition, at t My 2008 Ford Expedition broke down and I needed a replacement ASAP. After much Internet searching I found my perfect car, a 2015 Ford Expedition, at this Florida Chevrolet dealer. Only problem is that I was from New Jersey! Last minute flight reservations and much communication over the phone with Carlos and Sean led to me flying down the very next day. A lot of faith on both parties took place. My initial flight got canceled last minute. Switched to fly in at Fort Lauderdale which screwed up many travel plans and put my arrival time at the dealership before they closed on a Saturday in jeopardy. Dyer Chevy to the rescue! They actually dispatched Daniel, who offered to drive 2 hours South, after he finished work, to come pick my fiancée and I up at the airport! After assuring me this was not a standard practice for them, I was made to feel that they would go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Arrived 10 minutes before closing time. Ken and Carlos greeted us with smiles as big as if they hadn't been worn down from working all day already. Honestly made us feel like family who just flew in from out of town. Assured me that they would get us out of there ASAP. Carlos went over the vehicle with me expertly even though they are a Chevy dealer and not nearly as fluent in Ford products. It was obvious he did some homework. Car was in impeccable condition. Extremely clean for a used vehicle. Went through a 178(?) point inspection giving them all confidence in the vehicle performance. My giddiness with the car's performance and the wonderful experience I had at Dyer Chevrolet helped the long drive up Route 95 all the way back to Jersey to be more than palatable. Thank you to Carlos for the constant communication with arrangements through late Friday night and early Saturday morning. And also to Ken for keeping the dealership open past closing time and not making us feel rushed to get out of there. To Sean for getting the ball rolling on the phone. To Daniel for your willingness to come pick us up and get us there on time. And to Kevin for getting us through the paperwork after hours with a friendly smile and conversation. You all turned a pretty stressful situation into a great buying experience. I heartily recommend Dyer Chevrolet for your vehicle needs whether you are near or far! Thanks guys! More

On all three occasions th I have had 3 experiences of service from Dyer Chevrolet for my Corvette that I purchased from a dealer in Maitland, Florida. On all three occasions the Service Staff have been patient, efficient, professional and extremely helpful! My representative, Brandon, has taken care to keep the car clean and has shown me what needs to be done and has been faithful to the estimates. We were told the parts were waiting for us and it would take about a week . After dropping the car off on Monday we were informed Wednesday that it had not been touched in that would be weeks until it was completed. We will take will be taking our car and our business elsewhere. That's a shame because we've been buying GM cars for a decade We intend to notify her insurance carrier Allstate of the poor customer service and lack of truth. More
Bodyshop can't tell the truth! Brought our new 2015 impala At Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach. Schedule appointment six weeks in advance for a bump on the rear quarter panel. Request I requested an oil change and the car to be sent to the body shop. Car was dropped off Monday morning at the open. We were called at approximately 3 o'clock and told your car is ready come pick it up! No one sent it to the body shop. Wednesday we called to check on the progress and were told that no work had been done when asked why we were told that got the car late Monday, Tuesday wasn't mentioned it off and Wednesday they were going to start on it but we asked for our car back. We didn't contact the dealership until 10:30. Doesn't sounds like Wayne said. " we were going to start on it first thing but then you called " that's not true we called at 10:30 and were told at 11 o'clock that no work has been done. Why wasn't The car worked on Tuesday? Why wasn't it delivered properly from the oil change to the body shop? Sounds like these people are trying to make their problem our problem! Lots of love lots of excuses, No performance! Will know where not to buy a car next time! We asked for a callback from the general manager know so call has been received. Guess it's easier to get new clients than it is to service your existing customer base! Good to know! More people should know! More
