Jeff was great to work with. He researched the feature we wanted (vehicle had to be flat towable behind our Class A RV) and demonstrated for us how easy it was to use. He had the truck we wanted already for us when we arrived. He was very good at showing all the features and how to use them. The negotiation process was quick and easy with no pressure. The final step where other dealers push extra hard to get you to buy things you do not want was very easy as well. I like it when a dealer understands that no thank you means no thank you. Our trade was valued fairly. More
