Chase is TERRIBLE. We came in to purchase an SUV. We looked around and decided to come back. Mike H was very nice. We decided to come back to purchase the car. Upon sitting down with Gary since Mike was busy after we started the process and we ready to buy we were told by Chase the sales manager he will not give a discount for this particular model. He said he can get someone else to buy it and will pay more than we offered. He was extremely rude. Did not budge. I will never return here. Even if he came down to my price I offered I am not sure if I would buy it due to his rudeness. He was not willing to do anything. It was even the end of the month. I am taking my business to another dealership who will not be rude and actually wants to sell a car. I had the money I was willing to purchase but due to his non professional ignorant manner I will make sure everyone I know will not shop here. Worst car experience of my life. I appreciate Mike H for everything he tried. He's the only reason I continued the conversation and tried to make it work. Chase needs to get more training on customer satisfaction. More

Normally I keep vehicles a long time(this one replaces a 2005) because I hate the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. This time Matt made the process painless as well as quick. Disappointing I have brought 2 trucks from Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach, On Saturday the 28th my wife and I were going in to buy our 3rd truck. We have always used I have brought 2 trucks from Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach, On Saturday the 28th my wife and I were going in to buy our 3rd truck. We have always used David Decker and codie as our sales rep. this occasion was Codie was out but David was there to helps us like he has done the other 2 times. Everything was going well until Ken the Sales Manger got involved there was some arguing between Ken and David which i found odd, David finally told Ken to come in and talk to us which he did reluctantly. he sat down and immediately started saying he apologized for our salesman's attitude and something to the effect that he was hot headed. I told Ken that we liked our salesman and he said well he still has a attitude, at that point to be frankly they couldn't of given me a truck there. unfortunately we left there and went to Velde Ford and purchased a new vehicle the same day. I understand there will be disagreements in the work place but in front of customers is not the place to have them. i could not have asked for a nicer salesman then David Decker but the chances of ever buying another vehicle that involves dealing with that sales manger are slim to none. More
