Lousy excuse for a dealership Started off by having my first Tahoe purchase from them a year ago, they wrecked the vehicle when it went in for service and never told me and took it Started off by having my first Tahoe purchase from them a year ago, they wrecked the vehicle when it went in for service and never told me and took it upon theirselves to try to repair it before I know. Got another Tahoe and took it in for an oil change and got it back with no lights working, mind you it’s a 2019 and had no issues prior to coming in, only went there for a simple oil change. And silly me considered buying yet another Tahoe and was told after all the terrible service department experiences I’ve had. I was told now they will not even work up numbers for me on a Tahoe, because they have worked up several deals for a family member who decided not to purchase. So they are there to simply work up numbers and try to make a sale that’s a dealership. Overall terrible place and wouldn’t recommend purchasing or using them for service. More
Dealership wrecked my car while in service and lied I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my car in for a service they wrecked my vehicle while it was in their possession they tried I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my car in for a service they wrecked my vehicle while it was in their possession they tried to lie to me and not tell me in my vehicle was ever damaged they took it upon themselves to repair my car in a parking lot using spray paint and parts for my other GM vehicle. They do not wish to make the situation right they only wish to give me a similar vehicle from auction their customer service is terrible and do not believe it when they say they have the best service department because I promise you every time your vehicle goes in it will come out damaged. Bad Repairs & excessive time to complete Vehicle brought in for warranty service on repair work that previous repairs that did not work. I have used this dealership to perform gasket & seal r Vehicle brought in for warranty service on repair work that previous repairs that did not work. I have used this dealership to perform gasket & seal replacements that were performed in April of 2018 that needed fixing again in November of 2018. Vehicle dropped off at November 30 for a "so called" one week repair - appointment made 1 week in advance. Vehicle repairs took over 6 weeks to complete. These repairs should not have had to be done a second time and should never have taken 6 weeks to complete Dealerships "excuse was one seal/gasket was not available from zone or GM; that's ridiculous. I have been using this Chevrolet Dealership for over 15 years and never had a "fix" take so long. God they could have rebuilt a whole car in this time!. I used to highly recommend Dyer and prior name of Service Chevrolet. Brandon was always professional - but "someone" should have gotten "Management" involved" Needless I'm really disappointed in Dyer taking so long to repair my vehicle, REALLY Disappointed! More

Working with Gary Wiggam who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional, he showed us some used trucks within our price range. While doing so, he went the extra mile to look into some new 2018 models for us and found one that was still within our price range but also had everything we were looking for and more. Gary even helped us with accessories such as switching to leather interior and a bed liner install. The financing and paperwork process was the most pleasant and simple process I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. I can't recommend Gary Wiggam or Dyer Chevrolet enough! If we ever need another vehicle, it will be purchased through them! More

We wanted to upgrade to a van and wanted o We didn't actually come in that day to buy a vehicle, we came into check out what you had in used vehicle. We wanted to upgrade to a van and wanted one with stow n go seats and you just happened to have one that had just come into your lot. Carlos Trujello waited on us and we took a test drive and fell in love with the Dodge Caravan with stow n go seats. After taking test drive Carlos figured up the cost and our trade in and the rest was history. Carlos did a fabulous job of taking care of us, they had to order another key as it only had one key with it and we got it in just a few days and we got it programmed and are very pleased with the vehicle and the service. More

No Customer Service I found a Camaro on their website and sent an inquiry stating that I liked their Camaro and I had an offer on another Camaro at a different dealership I found a Camaro on their website and sent an inquiry stating that I liked their Camaro and I had an offer on another Camaro at a different dealership and asked if they could match the price for theirs as I liked theirs a bit better. I received an email early Monday morning saying he had to “check to see if the Camaro had been sold” LOL. He said he needed a number to call me. If I wanted him to call me I would have given them my number in my inquiry. I emailed him back and said I was only interested in that specific Camaro and that I was buying a Camaro TODAY so let me know. HOURS LATER, I emailed him again and said WELL? He emailed back and said that they needed to see my offer from the other dealer in writing so I emailed him a copy of the offer. HOURS go by and nothing from him. I email him again and tell him obviously they aren’t interested in selling a car today. THE NEXT DAY he FINALLY emails back and said he was sorry but he was “tied up with a customer most of the day” LOL REALLY?!?! I email him back and tell him that I made it very clear that I was buying a Camaro the day before and that he provided no customer service whatsoever. I never heard a word back from him. This was my first and last dealing with Dyer Chevrolet! More

I recently purchased my first vehicle from a dealership and the service was phenomenal! I went to a bunch of other dealerships looking for a Focus St and I felt like none of them weren’t taking me seriously and seemed like I was there to cause trouble rather then purchase a car. so I didn’t even bother trying to purchase a car from them. I passed by Dyer and spotted a Focus St! I walked in and met Cody at the front desk, from the start Cody and his team were awesome! Let me test drive the car no questions asked. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. I wasn’t given any false hope or information throughout the whole process (which happened at other dealerships) He asked if the St was 100% what I wanted and he made it happen no questions asked. (Even with me having low credit history and an “Okay” credit score) They gave me a great trade value on the car I brought to them and had the whole process done in a couple of hours. (From the time I got there for the test drive until the time I drove off the lot with a fresh detail and a full tank of gas) My car had a couple of recalls on it so they set everything up for me and gave me a loaner car to drive while my new purchase was getting the repairs! Picked my car up again clean and a full tank! Would recommend Dyer Chevrolet Of Vero Beach 100% and will be going back to purchase my next car! More
