Purchased a used vehicle on a Friday. Payment to be settled on the following Monday. Arrived at dealership and the vehicle wasn’t ready for us. It wasn’t detailed yet on our arrival. The detail wasn’t done properly. The vehicle needed bumper repair to be done on the following Friday. The vehicle was dropped off and we weren’t notified that the job was completed. At 5 PM we called and by the time we arrived at the dealership the receptionist found out where the vehicle was. There is no communication between employees. Your detail department is terrible. More
