Horrible experience! Service advisor was great, but the technician was not. Brought vehicle in for tire repair and oil leak. They told me my battery was bad, wrong. The alternator wasn't charging. they misdiagnosed it two more time before figuring out that they blew the fuse box during the oil leak repair. slopping and incompetent technician. So, they blew the fuse box, steering wheel crooked after oil leak repair, missing valve stem cap after tire replaced, cover on seat not installed after replacing seat frame, wire harness cut open and not taped up (I assume when trying to diagnose alternator issue). Contacted management about my experience and they never replied. Not a good experience! More

If you are looking to purchase a 2022 Chevy Traverse, make sure you check the backup camera grid lines before you sign on the dotted line. They said I would have to go back to Dyer. I contacted GM again and offered to pay for the change to get the gird lines bold and visible. They again sent me back to the dealer. This time the dealer said there is nothing they can do about it. I think I need some heavy duty intervention. Check first!!! Don't be sorry like I am! More
They sold me Dyer coverage without even asking or telling me what it was. The salesman Jon was horrible and lied about the whole deal. Went to dyer in ft pierce to buy my wife a suv we did end up purchasing one . My wife was pregnant at the time so we wanted to get her into something a bit smaller and more economical a few days later she de up purchasing one . My wife was pregnant at the time so we wanted to get her into something a bit smaller and more economical a few days later she developed symptoms and tested positive for Covid she ended up being put on a ventilator and had to have our daughter delivered at 24 weeks as all of this is happening the vehicle we purchased is filling up with water from a leaking sunroof I’ve had it back there for service twice The first time they told me they fixed it I picked it up and it was still leaking the very next day brought it back and talked to multiple managers and now they come up with a quote that I have to pay $2500 to have it repaired all within a month owning it and now they’re telling me that they will not help me in anyway please do yourself a favor and find a different dealer this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. More
Wish I had taken more time in looking over the use ford 150 I purchased. God Who would think a reliable dealer would add this on for a use truck on there lot?A 170 point inspection done plus a oil change and they didn't see this oil all over under body? I did come back to see them and was told they might be able to give some off on labor. But seeing they get about 125 or more an hour Burn me once was good enough.No I would not recomend buy from them.The right thing they should had offer full repairs or money back for there overnight. More
