The finance department was rude, informing me that I am wrong and I do not know anything. When I did receive them, the finance company OVER charged me the price of my vehicle, they charged me more than the advertied price which is why my numbers did not match theirs. Sent email to the managers and no one has gotten back to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and telling everyone NOT TO GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. I was not provided with anyone business card as to whom I spoke with. The sales man Carlos was very nice, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Another issue with their lack of anything, The finance paperwork I received had Space Coast Credit Union as bank listed. I just received an email from another bank stating they have my loan. I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase a vehicle from here. More

AVOID if possible This dealer has put 4 different transmission in my Silverado and it still has the same issue from when I brought it in Aug 2021. They do not stand behind their work or lack it.
