I had a great experience Angel was awesome he was able to answer all my questions. I never really felt pressured. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable. The service department is excellent, Kelly is my service person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I get is "I will pass your note on to someone in that Department." There is an issue I need to fix and in order to fix it I need to talk to someone in that department. This is no beginning to cause health issues as I cannot talk to someone so I can resolve it. The disrespect of a long time customer is beyond the pale. The disrespect of not even calling me back is not customer service at all. I am 73 years old and have worked in customer service all my life. This is not how it is done. To say I am not happy is an understatment. More

I brought my car for oil change which includes tires rotation. Obviously the tires were not rotated because 3 days later I noticed I was driving with two tires that you could see the inner wire.
