The Best Car Dealership Around We took our VUE in on a Thursday to be checked for safety before a Florida-New Jersey run. We were told the back end rusted through in Florida weath We took our VUE in on a Thursday to be checked for safety before a Florida-New Jersey run. We were told the back end rusted through in Florida weather & our car was a "death trap!" We had our daughter's wedding & my wife's dying mother to see & had planned to leave the following Wednesday. We decided to fix the car & see if we could use it as a trade in before we needed to leave Wednesday. We dropped the VUE on Friday, waited the weekend & went to Dyer Chevrolet in Ft. Pierce on Monday. We explain to Joe & Garth we needed to purchase a car & be on the road in two days because my wife's mother was dying & our daughter was getting married in Philly. Our car was still in the shop waiting for parts so we couldn't bring it to the dealer to use as a trade in. Joe sat down with Garth then gave us an acceptable price on a new Equinox, an acceptable trade in price on our unseen VUE, told us if the parts for it didn't come in, they would send someone to pick up our car when fixed. We drove off the lot that day with the new Equinox (with dealer plates) came back the next day with our plates (The VUE was still waiting for parts) Joe had our plates put on the car with a custom design, gave us complimentary floor mats for the car & told us to leave as planned Wednesday & he would work around the missing trade in. "You have enough on your plate already!" We did & he did. These guys are an enigma: A friendly, courteous & "HONEST" car dealership! Wow! We left as needed in Wednesday. The Equinox cruises along at 85 without so much as a ripple! The sound system is phenomenal! If I could, I'd give these guys 10 stars! More

Since the sales person I usually deal with is no longer there, I dealt with Ruth Woods. Let me tell you, she is not only professional but is someone you can relate to like an old friend. She makes you feel so relaxed. After I told her what I wanted to do, she went to work. She showed me several cars to compare and found pretty much what I was looking for. Once I decided on the car, she went to work to get me the best lease deal she could. New Chevy Purchase The Sales Rep., Matthew Machalek sat down with my wife and myself, went over what were looking for, then shown us several vehicles, (took two vehicles The Sales Rep., Matthew Machalek sat down with my wife and myself, went over what were looking for, then shown us several vehicles, (took two vehicles till we were decided). Friendly experience, not sales pressure, or reps following us around the lot, etc. When dealing with the financial part, Tim Carr was extremely efficient, completely finishing all paperwork, and to my surprise advised me that when I made the payment that I overpaid. On my next visit three days later, when checking on add on, I was informed the check had already been mailed to me. Overall a fantastic experience, well about the other dealerships in the area. More
