I sent 2 Very Unprofes First I Want to Say Thank You To Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce Fpr Putting up with Me and Fpr Corporate for not writing me off. I sent 2 Very Unprofessional Messages via the Dyer Website as I thought I was being run around like 3 other Dealers had done over the past 3 weeks. Even After they received the second bad message They still didn't turn their back and blow me off. The Salesman Philip knew what I was trading in and went out of his way to find me a truck with as much of the same equipment. When he thought he had something I'd like he called to let me know. The Dyer Management at Fort Pierce also didn't walk away after the bad messages they Walked Forward letting me know they were going to do whatever it took to sell me. Vehicle and make me a Happy Customer. I purchased over 20 vehicles from Roger Dean GMC before he Passed away because he took care of me. Since then I have purchased 5 Vehicles from 5 different Dealers. So I was immediately on the defense when I came to Dyer thinking it was another All about the money dealer.. NOT At Dyer Chevrolet Fort Pierce.. As difficult as I had been Philip kept in touch with me and let me know that he had a Truck he thought I would Really Like. And I Not Only Like My Truck "l Love It" After Finding the Truck I wanted Management. Went to work making Sure I got a Good Deal and Was Happy,, Once Again I was More than Happy And Not Only Did I Get a Good Deal,, Dyer Closes at 6pm on Saturday's,, Julian Dunleavy Stayed Until after 7:30pm doing My Contract,, That's Customer at Its BEST Not Only Did Dyer Sell Me a Truck,, They Just Got a Lifetime Customer in Me. Thank You to My Salesman Philip, One Manager I Did Meet, Joe Noach, And a Special Thank You to Mr. Dunleavy for being late to Dinner With Your Wife To Make Sure My Contract was Done Saturday Before You Left.. My experience at Dyer Chevrolet was excellent. Matthew Machalek was a very patient salesman. By the time we were done going over everything he had convinced me this was the deal i wanted and the car i wanted. I was not sure about the color i was getting he went to extream"s to contact another dealer to find the correct car for me. After looking at the color i deciede to stay with my 2nd choice in colors and Purchased it. With out his patience with me i would probable not bought a a car that day. He was sure to show me in detail how to use all the features my car had. Its a little confusing setting it all up with all the electronics. Radio seats even how to start the car with the new no key needed stuff i tried but could not start it until he told me i had to put foot on break before it would start.
