Poor customer service I came in on 5/16/2017 with a letter saying "just for stopping by you will receive 5 dollar coins". I received this mailing on 5/13/2017. Even After they received the second bad message They still didn't turn their back and blow me off. The Salesman Philip knew what I was trading in and went out of his way to find me a truck with as much of the same equipment. When he thought he had something I'd like he called to let me know. The Dyer Management at Fort Pierce also didn't walk away after the bad messages they Walked Forward letting me know they were going to do whatever it took to sell me. My experience at Dyer Chevrolet was excellent. Matthew Machalek was a very patient salesman. By the time we were done going over everything he had convinced me this was the deal i wanted and the car i wanted. I was not sure about the color i was getting he went to extream"s to contact another dealer to find the correct car for me. After looking at the color i deciede to stay with my 2nd choice in colors and Purchased it. With out his patience with me i would probable not bought a a car that day. He was sure to show me in detail how to use all the features my car had. Its a little confusing setting it all up with all the electronics. Radio seats even how to start the car with the new no key needed stuff i tried but could not start it until he told me i had to put foot on break before it would start.
