From unsure to a new vehicle I went in to Dyer Chevy expecting nothing good to happen, as I needed a vehicle but was unable to put a down payment. Matthew Machalek greeted me, and I went in to Dyer Chevy expecting nothing good to happen, as I needed a vehicle but was unable to put a down payment. Matthew Machalek greeted me, and began to question me, as to ascertain my needs in a vehicle. I was shown the different vehicles I was interested in, and thoroughly explained the different features between the variations in models of the Chevy Sonic's, (as those were what I was interested in). At the end of the day, I had a brand new Chevy Sonic Hatchback Rs, with no down payment, and a monthly payment within reason. Matthew, was excellent, he has a great attitude, a friendly demeanor, and can carry a great conversation, as well as, he is very knowledgeable on the vehicles he's selling. I didn't feel like I was a piece of meat that was being butter up to eat, as is the case with most places I've been. This is a great dealership. I recently purchased a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport form this dealership. The vehicle was actually headed to auction but, they brought it back per my int I recently purchased a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport form this dealership. The vehicle was actually headed to auction but, they brought it back per my interest in it. The price was right and my salesman was a hoot to work with. I feel they were honest, did not promise anything they were not willing to deliver and did want my business. Each time and all service calls in between have convinced us that we made the right choice. All the staff that we dealt with have treated us with courtesy and respect. One stands out in our minds and that is Dan Miles. A simple example of the friendliness happened mid afternoon when Celia attempted to by a snack, the machine gave her a problem and an employee assisted her and when she tried to reimberse him he refused and said it was his treat, sorry we didn't get his name.
