We got there at 2:30 (the appointment had been set up that morning) to find our salesman had left for the day. This was after sitting in the lounge for 1/2 hour and them bringing out a different salesman that had no idea who we were. Finally another salesman came out and explained their computer system had been up and down and he'd be handling us in Andre's absence. We offered to come back the next day, but were told to wait (it was the day before the end of the month). We waited over an hour to finally see the finance guy and sign papers. Then we had to ask to have someone show us how everything worked in the car (I was left on my own to do the OnStar setup). What should have been 1/2 appointment to pick up the car turned into a 2 1/2 hour ordeal. Granted, I do understand computer issues, but the confusion of everyone there is why I rated 3 stars instead of higher. More

I honestly was extremely nervous about purchasing a new vehicle, I have been to many other dealerships and pretty much all of the salesman I have encountered have been extremely pushy. Last month, for instance, My husband and I went to Bev Smith Toyota and totally got the runaround. I honestly almost gave up on my search for a new vehicle. However, after speaking with one of my aunts she informed me that she had just purchased her new vehicle from Dyer. She was ecstatic about the fact that she was able to trade in her old vehicle, although she was upside in her trade. She also was happy about the fact that Dyer offered rebates to help her save money. I decided to take my aunt's advice and go over to Dyer. There, I met with Maurice Sumpter, who was extremely informative he knew exactly what I needed to do as far as trading in my vehicle and making the best financial decision for my purchase.
