I also used to work at a dealership some years ago and my view of car salesmen was not very high or even all that good to be honest but Mark changed that for me in a positive way the day I visited Dyer Chevrolet. He has an incredible demeanor. He was and is a perfect gentleman, honest, down to earth, great personality with a good sense of humor while maintaining professionalism. I even wore a somewhat low cut shirt on purpose and he kept continuous eye contact with me. He took the time to look up certain things that I did not have the answer to. Also, I was/am very very impressed with his knowledge of not only dyer's products but all the competitors products as well and I could tell he was being very upfront and honest with me. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way shape or form. I felt more like my needs and happiness was/is his priority and goal to meet. He also took me around for a tour introducing me, showing me around & gave me some interesting history on the dealership making me feel like more than just a customer, made me feel like a friend as well. The dealership itself is very organized and clean inside and out including the bathrooms, service waiting area, parts department, etc.... They have a great waiting area for service with a good selection of amenities. Shuttle service if wait is more than an hour or two and they provide you with a vehicle if it's going to be more than a 48 hour wait. This is the best experience at a car dealership that I have ever had. Thank you Mark and Christian as well for making my experience such a pleasant one and for showing me that there are good decent car salesmen out there..... Christian stayed late to make sure we had everything set up in the vehicle - OnStar, Bluetooth, SiriusXM, etc. You could tell our business was important to him and he wants to be the one to get ALL of our business.
