Matt is a very professional and very knowledgeable person . he made us comfortable and answered all of our questions. we even received 2 follow up calls after the sale to make sure all was good.{ that has never happened before}. we met with ken {sales manager} and Jonathan{ general manager} all were very helpful on this new purchase. My First Time On My Own!!!! When I was told to go to Dyer Chevy of Fort Pierce I was very nervous. I had already been to two different large car dealerships and they were both ru When I was told to go to Dyer Chevy of Fort Pierce I was very nervous. I had already been to two different large car dealerships and they were both rude and condescending to me. And of course as a women I was expecting it, so of course when I arrived at Dyer Chevy I had my guard up. I was greeted by Matthew Machalek I explained my situation to him briefly and he said " no worries we will get you taken care of today!" I was thinking, ya right!! As Matt took me through the process, he explained every step and let me know how long it would be. During the waiting process Matt always cam back to check on me and would give me an update. On test drive Matt went over the entire car inside and out with me and explained everything in a way I could understand. It definitely showed that Matt cared about me and that he loved what he was doing!!! With everyone that I spoke to at Dyer Chevy they ALL were outstanding!!! They truly did care that I got a car that day!!!! Matt was a GEM outstanding customer service, classy!!!! I will always remember and recommend DYER Chevy of Fort Pierce!!!!
