They do not respond to letters, or phone messages I bought a new car there. Good price. Good attention. The maintenance agreement, after examining it and calling the administrator for it, proved to be too expensive. I cancelled that. It's been more than a month. I sent a certified letter. No response. I called, they don't call back. I go there and I am assured it's been taken care of. I sent another letter. I asked to speak to a real manager. I was given Johnathan. Per this website, he's an administrator, not a manager. I guess Tim either wasn't told, or not interested. Buy a car there if you want, that part will go great. But don't expect much after that.
