I was looking for a specific vehicle for work. I've had several Chrysler Town and Country's and needed another one. The biggest reason is the Sto 'N'Go seats. I wasn't able to go looking fror a van but found one at Dwayne Lane's web site. I couldn't go and test drive it, or look at it in person. I worked with Preston Peterson and had a perfect experience. Brought my Wrangler Rubicon in last week for a coolant top off and oil change. The next day I checked the big coolant reservoir and it was still bone dry. It does appears the smaller reservoirs were toppe top off and oil change. The next day I checked the big coolant reservoir and it was still bone dry. It does appears the smaller reservoirs were topped off though. I have an appointment next week for a paint inspection so I will hopefully get the coolant topped off too. More
I appreciated Jordan helping me when I left my car to be worked on, I live on Whidbey and If I would of being able to have a loaner car as my Son took me to the Ferry but it was hard to get someone to com worked on, I live on Whidbey and If I would of being able to have a loaner car as my Son took me to the Ferry but it was hard to get someone to come and pick me up my car was the only mode of my transportation and I had to rely on friends to take me everywhere. You also had my car from Sept 11th until Oct 11th and my husband had Dr. Appt which we had to change them all or again rely on friends. You should have loaner cars for people so they aren’t stuck without transportation. More
Great staff but horrible scheduling for service-- nearly impossible to get in! Online scheduler does not work. Service dept. does not return voicemails. You must call over and over (sometimes for several da impossible to get in! Online scheduler does not work. Service dept. does not return voicemails. You must call over and over (sometimes for several days) until finally someone picks up. Ridiculously time-consuming and difficult just to get your vehicle in for service. If the online scheduler functioned and actually had availability, I would give 5 stars because people are nice and courtesy shuttle is convenient. More

I have never been able to call the service department and get someone to answer me, usually have to call a few times before anyone picks up and ive had instances where i've just had to drive in because its f get someone to answer me, usually have to call a few times before anyone picks up and ive had instances where i've just had to drive in because its frustrating. previously staff was pretty good but recently had the worst experience with Rachel M my service advisor who I had an issue with my back up camera showing a bluw screen, after getting an appointment 2 weeks out, it put me at 200 miles over the 36000 warrant mark in my truck and they wouldnt honor the warranty even if the issue happen before. After working with rachel, she was very rude and accusing me of tampering with my tailgate then she said well someone was tampering with it because the cord was loose. I explained the issue happen when i was driving and when I got home my back up stopped working, I provided my extended warranty info yet she wanted me to go find the phone number instead of her doing that. She also said even if i get it for her she cant do anything with it until monday and wont allow me to take my truck. i ended up paying out of pocket for something that should be under warranty just so i can get my truck. plus i didnt want to deal with a rude advisor so i will be taking all future services to another dealership More
