Don't buy your car here! Worst experience ever. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Started out with a nice enough salesman, but then he passed us off to a cock Worst experience ever. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Started out with a nice enough salesman, but then he passed us off to a cocky, arrogant, pushy, disrespectful salesman. Wished I would have walked away but ended up buying only because we had invested so much time. Wouldn't even give this one star. Its a shame they are ruining the good name of Dwayne Lane. Go to Rairdon's on Marysville. More
Love my new car and GREAT customer service I have to start out by saying that the service from Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge was great from the beginning. I arrived at the dealership after speaking to Dave Tisdial over the phone for a few days and was able to basically get a deal worked out. Once I arrived they did better than expected on our trade and came down on the price of our Challenger as well. Dave gave me a feeling that I was important and that he really wanted to help me and not just get a sale by any means. I appreciate Dave's professionalism and enjoyed my experience from start to finish with Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I will do business here again and recommend Dave to all of my friends and family for their future vehicle purchases! More

Finally a decent car buying experience We were in the market for a new 4x4 for the family, as we recently had a baby, really were looking at used, but were open to new. We went to several D We were in the market for a new 4x4 for the family, as we recently had a baby, really were looking at used, but were open to new. We went to several Dealerships from Marysville, to Seattle, both dealerships and Used car lots, we started out at this dealership when we narrowed out search to the Jeep family, as I also have a 2013 Wrangler 2 door, great for what I needed at that time, now we wanted something with decent fuel consumption, safe, 4x4, and how it felt. The Patriot, Renegade and Cherokees fit the bill. As I mentioned we went to several other Dealerships and car lots, but there was one that stood out, so we ended back there to make the purchase, and working further with our salesman. At Dwayne Lanes and mainly our salesman JR Reese, we felt no pressure, he advised us of both and new, found some great rebates on the Patriot stock available/built within the Jeep network, We also looked at the new Renegade, but after the test drives, felt the Patriot was the better choice for us. We both found it was nicer to drive, it has a great turning radius, peppy, roomy for 5 people, and is comfortable to drive. We built one on line, as they had one that was close to what I built, with the exception of color and trim package, Altitude with the black rims, and badging, and in a slightly different color, so mainly cosmetic. This was a Sport 4x4 model they had, but was well equipped with the better driveline and other options we wanted. JR spent time searching for us, and there was nothing, it would to have been built, and the rebates would not apply. Unlike the other deanships we went to, there was no pushing of models above what we looked at, no harassing follow up calls to pressure a sale, we called him and set up a second visit, as he was a positive beacon in our search. He was patient and we went over the packages and inventory both at this location and within the Jeep network and this worked out as the best deal we could get, ever better than what I could get a used one for, with 1-3 years old, with low miles, and it had the Driveline I was after. It was a well thought out order, gave you pretty much all the options a Latitude with the it fully loaded, minus the leather, sunroof and steering wheel controls. I do in all honesty like what we have color wise, as I said it was minor cosmetic, but the 2015 Jeep Patriot is really a nice vehicle, so if you’re in the market for a good mid-sized SUV, I would consider this model, but reach out to JR Reese and he can work with you and find what is best for you, with no pressure. So, thank you to both JR Reese and Dwayne Lanes, you made this a very pleasant, educating experience! More
Made me go elsewhere, awful experience! I contacted this dealership regarding 2014 Ram trucks and a salesman named Joey called me back. I asked about Ram's I viewed on their website and inquired about Costco pricing. Joey stated that I would be able to get the Costco pricing, but I would need to come in there because they don't like to waste time over the phone and people don't show up, I should have taken this as a hint, but I drove the 1 Hour to the dealership. I test drove a couple trucks with Joey in the backseat. He knows nothing about these trucks, I was asking questions about model differences and how options worked and he also had no clue, stating if I really wanted to know if could ask someone else. I was not sure at this point what options I wanted or needed and what I could live without, pros and cons. I was thinking and Joey was getting frustrated, talking louder and shuffling papers demanding answers so he could find me a truck and basically get me out of there. I overheard a conversation he was having that he was going to miss another appointment he had dealing with my indecisiveness. WHAT?!? He came back to me and wanted to know what I chose, because according to him I had already invested 3-4 hours of my time so I should really just pick one. I told him the truck that I was leaning towards, he wanted all my info for a credit check, wait I said, he has STILL has not even offered up any numbers and I had already secured my own financing, but he was trying to insist he could do better and needed my info. I told him I needed numbers and he just had to walk away like I was asking too much stating, "I thought payments didn't matter." Well, Lucky for me, my wife was with and told me to just get up and walk away because she could see I was emotionally beat up and anxious and may have just signed to make his badgering stop. We called our local Bellingham Dodge Dealership and decided to just stop in and see. WOW what a difference, no pressure, we ended up buying a 2014 Dodge Ram and a 2014 Chrysler 300C that same night! All I can say is "BIG MISTAKE, HUGE" Dwayne Lane!! I would NEVER recommend going to this dealership for anything ever!! More

I made all arrangements over the phone they evaluated my fathers trade for over an hour. Contract was done for my father they made a mistake on the odometer of his trade in and therefore after he left and went home out of state they called and demanded $5k more. The General Manager threatened to have him arrested for stealing and crossing state lines, a federal offense and he wasn't even aware of what was going on. Now we are going to court. Do not go there. He actually sat down at the desk and said It was time for me to leave and get out...a short time later he stands up from behind his desk and basically orders me out of the store verbally in an agressive and threatening manner in front of sales people and customers nearby! I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse ...they said they review all inquires whatever that means. I can't rate Dwayne Lane's Dodge any lower or I would except the system doesn't allow a much lower rating! More

Don't go here! We bought a cherokee here and got it home and the air conditioner didn't work and it had a rodent's nest in the engine. The service center quoted $1100 for repairs and said it wasn't cov home and the air conditioner didn't work and it had a rodent's nest in the engine. The service center quoted $1100 for repairs and said it wasn't covered under the worthless warranty they sold us as well. I decided to get a second opinion on the repairs and it only had a low a/c charge which i fixed for $200. Avoid these guys like the plague. They will high-pressure sell you and then forget who you are after you sign the papers. We called them probably 30 times without a callback ...Unbelievable. Worst car buying experience ever. More
