Third time 2020 Jeep been in for start/stop system not working, maybe they figured it out this time. Fingers crossed. I have become unsatisfied with Dwayne Lane of late. Even though it is warranty work, technicians should still know what they are doing. I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership, the sales team and service team quality has gone down over the past years. I will not be buying my next Dodge, Ram or Jeep product from Dwayne Lane and I hope not to have to use their service department. More

One failure after another with time and money lost. Do not go to the dealership! Dwayne Lane's Service Department has been a truly lousy experience over multiple weeks from appointment #1. They are incapable of providing basic service for a horn replacement, but are stellar at damaging your car. This dealership damaged my car three times during a simple horn replacement.
