This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. My first experience was great, is why I gave them another shot. I have had this 2019 Ram 1500 for about 3 weeks now but after the first w dealership. My first experience was great, is why I gave them another shot. I have had this 2019 Ram 1500 for about 3 weeks now but after the first week, all the controls on instrument cluster stopped responding. Tried calling the dealership about it but nobody wanted to help because I called within an hour of closing. After 2 hours of researching, I found out it was a fuse. A week later my radio sound would cut out and crackle intermittently. This should not be happening, the car is 3 years old and only 28k miles. I called my salesperson, Erika Lippincott and left a message, but it’s been 4 days and she has not responded. I know I’m out of the warranty window but I would appreciate a call back and offer some advice. I feel like once she got the sale, she cut off all communication. If this wasn’t the exact color and optioned truck I was looking for, I don’t think I would have bought from them. So now I have a fairly new truck with a radio that cuts out for hours at a time. The negotiation process was not the most pleasant with Erika. Never will I purchase or take my truck there for service. More

The service staff were so kind, they offered me free coffee while I waited as well as a free car wash that I politely declined, the people who worked on my vehicle did a great job, it's obvious that the coffee while I waited as well as a free car wash that I politely declined, the people who worked on my vehicle did a great job, it's obvious that they took care not to spill any oil on the engine as they did an oil change. The only thing I noticed is that my vehicle pulled hard to the right the first time I used my brakes after this service, I am not sure as to why it did that as I did not have my brakes worked on to my knowledge and it only happened the one time but it was a bit concerning. More
