Dwanye Lanes took it back and fixed a few things on the A/C. Within 48 hours, it stopped working and Freon was everywhere. We have been trying to reach Mario- the supervisor for MONTHS with no call back. My husband opened a case with the company and basically they said “too bad- your problem.” So now, we (fire fighter and health care worker) are going to be stuck with a bill we were not only expecting but also one in which we have no responsibility for causing. I’m so disappointed on their lack of integrity, responsibility, and their utter lack of empathy. More
