I brought in my 2012 Ram 3500 for a recall notice for the lug nuts and studs. My truck had a #5 injector code so I had the truck towed in for the recall repairs and to check the injector issue. I spoke to lug nuts and studs. My truck had a #5 injector code so I had the truck towed in for the recall repairs and to check the injector issue. I spoke to Penny who was very helpful and gave specific instructions NOT to start the truck before they check the injector issue. The morning that my truck was delivered to Dwayne lanes I emailed, called and left messages and chatted online with them to confirm that they truck was NOT be run but inspected first and I was willing to pay the $175 Inspection fee. I did not hear back so I called again at 10 AM and Penny answered the phone and when I asked if they had a chance to look at my truck she handed the phone to Mike the head mechanic who told me that they had the truck running for a while but then it died and they couldn’t get it started again and that they couldn’t even turn the engine manually that is was seized. When I mentioned my instructions not to run it because I knew there was an injector issue he dismissed me completely telling me that my 6.7 diesel, which only had 175,000 miles and was pristinely maintained, was old and not worth replacing the motor because it was too old. I have reached out to the service manager Mario Lopez several times for resolution and even offered to buy a truck from them if they can take some responsibility for the engine that is now destroyed. I own several moving and storage companies and own 5 Rams. Always dealt with Lynwood dodge who were great but Dwayane lanes has completely dismissed their actions and they still have my truck after 5 months and will not respond. This truck is my lively hood and I am incredibly disappointed. I Guess legal action is my only recourse. Do not use this company More

I hesitated on posting this, as I wanted to give due diligence for following through, however, this has been THE WORST dealership and customer service experience I have ever had. I have worked in custom diligence for following through, however, this has been THE WORST dealership and customer service experience I have ever had. I have worked in customer service and sales for some time now, and I am extremely disappointed. I purchased my truck from Dwayne Lane’s a couple of months ago. I felt rushed through the process and it felt pretty insincere, but the truck I wanted, that they had, was one of a few in a 4 state area and it was the closest dealership. I received my truck and I have been loving it. I just got back a few days ago from a long road trip for work and I decided to drive up to the dealership, which is about an hour for me, to have my oil changed in my Eco Diesel. I waiting in the dealership about 1.5-2hrs and drove it from Everett to Costco in Woodinville. While in line for fuel, most of my engine oil leaked out onto the ground through the filter and I had to immediately shut off my truck. I was stuck in the parking lot for about an hour before the service department foreman and his son arrived to rechange my oil. By this time, the entire undercarriage of my truck was covered in diesel oil. They were both nice and got it done quickly, but no one from the dealership thought to bring me a loaner as this was a giant mess and my truck chassis would need cleaned. I drove all the way back up to the dealership, where I spoke to Mario, the service manager. He swore to me he would personally make sure a good job was done and I could pick up the next day when I received a call. I got into the loaner vehicle and looked at the gauge, and there was almost no fuel left….I had to go fuel up the vehicle myself as it wasn’t even enough to get me home….I did so and proceeded home. The next day I received a call about 12:30 pm or so my truck was ready, I picked up around 4:30pm after finishing some chores and when I arrived, my truck was dripping oil in the parking lot, the undercarriage was not clean, and someone had wiped dirt from my trip into my paint and made a mess of the side. I then looked further underneath the chassis to find oil and dirt everywhere….they also either sprayed off or took the magnetic decals on the side of my truck and said absolutely nothing.…by this point I’m pretty upset. I am promised again, after 2 attempts of a simple service, to receive a call today, Monday, June 19th……I never received a call today, and I doubt I will. Word to the wise, DO NOT let these guys touch your vehicle. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism, the blaming of one department on another by multiple employees, and the multitude of excuses I have received as to why things weren’t done properly or professionally…..this is a sorry excuse for a dealership.
