Once again these people have proven to be total lyers! ! My wife called them 6-months ago to talk to them about removing the payment protection that we added to our loan when we purchased there car! 6-yea ! My wife called them 6-months ago to talk to them about removing the payment protection that we added to our loan when we purchased there car! 6-years ago! This is to protect you incase of an accident when you owe more than the car is worth! To the tune of about 50.00 extra per month. They told her to call back when the car was under 5000.00 in which she did. And they could remove the protection plan and remove the monthly cost. But when she followed there advice! They then told her they had changed protection company and so it would not change anything! Really! What does that have to do with anything on our end? The person also said even if we remove it that it would not change our payment! LOLS 😆! 😆 FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THIS COMPANY HAS LIED OVERCHARGE US FOR WORK! KEPT OUR CAR WITH NO LOANER CAR FOR 8-WEEKS. LYERS/SCAMMERS AND CHEATS! THERE LOGO IS DEFINITELY WRONG WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.. Our Rep Riley Neumann w advertising & Customer Service ... so I confess I'm a 'jaded person' when it comes to sales. What an incredible experience! Our Rep Riley Neumann was INCREDIBLE. DAYS of graciously answering our million questions online, in text & on the phone (we were calling from Canada). ~ What totally sold us on this dealership was Riley's Colour Board of Fame ... pictures that customer kids had done for him. With a display like that in a business ... the company had to have a heart, & Riley proved it. The car we bought spoke for itself ... Dwayne Lanes totally restored my faith in mankind & proved that not all car dealerships are the same. Ask for Riley, purchase with confidence. More

Bought a car here because it was close to my house and convenient. I also purchased the service plan and the car care plan so I wouldn't have to worry about repairs. Made an online appointment when the engine light came on in my Jeep. Had to wait about 6 days so was driving around. Get to the dealership and am told that they don't work on Jeeps there. That would be fine apart from the fact that not one person told me this during the purchasing process and I stated that I bought from them because it was close to my house. Now i have to go to Everett to get the repairs. Not a happy camper. More
Salesman Robert was great to deal with. There was a slight miscommunication with the maintenance scheduled to be done on the truck I purchased.
