Bought a car here because it was close to my house and convenient. I also purchased the service plan and the car care plan so I wouldn't have to worry about repairs. Made an online appointment when the engine light came on in my Jeep. Had to wait about 6 days so was driving around. Get to the dealership and am told that they don't work on Jeeps there. That would be fine apart from the fact that not one person told me this during the purchasing process and I stated that I bought from them because it was close to my house. Now i have to go to Everett to get the repairs. Not a happy camper. More

So unbelievably disappointed with my experience at this dealership. We worked with Drew to buy a used car and we really liked him at first. Then we realized how big of a liar he was. First, we mentioned we dealership. We worked with Drew to buy a used car and we really liked him at first. Then we realized how big of a liar he was. First, we mentioned we wanted to go get the car inspected before we bought it. He tried to convince us out of it, assuring us that the vehicle had already been thoroughly inspected by them. We went ahead and got it inspected anyways, only to find that they were going to be selling us the car with less than 10% of the brake lining. So they said they’d replace it. Cool. So we bought the car, but we didn’t even get to take it home that night. They dropped it off the next morning. Fine. But then they dropped off two key fobs for us, one of which was to the wrong vehicle. We went back to switch it out for the correct one and they said they’d have to find it and call us back. Now this has gone on for weeks and weeks. We’ve called them over a dozen times to ask about the key fob, and they keep saying they’ll call right back. Never once did we get a call from them. For WEEKS. Finally today they told us it would cost us $285 to buy a new key fob and even more to go have it programmed. FOR SOMETHING THEY HAD ALREADY PROMISED AND SOLD US. Just a bunch of thieves and liars. More

Told it could be MONTHS before our car was fixed! We rely on our car for work each and every single day and trusted Duane Lanes to take care of us. We just had our oil changed then suddenly, the oil leaks out all over our engine, husband is stranded and we have it towed to their dealership and have been told it could be MONTHS in the shop b/c CHEVROLET is behind on making the part & sorry no loaner car! xxx! How can you do business at all with these kind of practices? Wanted us to be customers for life but you treat us like garbage? Update: It took 7 1/2 weeks, they substituted a part which should have happened at week 2 and they did NOT give any discount for the delay & inconvenience & matter of fact actually upped the cost from a previous quote saying "prices go up". They asked us to take down reviews & offered a disc that way when we refused they gave no disc. No loaner nothing! Horrible experience with horrible people! She told me that she would see about fixing the light. When I came back for the car it was ready and she said they didn't have time to check the light. The lady at the counter was polite but I felt like I was imposing on her time. I left there and drove down to Dwayne lanes Chevrolet in Arlington When the service manager came out and greeted me I told him about the light and he said he didn't have a mechanic available but that he would check to see if it was just a bulb. He told one of his mechanics to put a new bulb in it and then took my car out and washed it they went the extra mile and I walked away a satisfied customer. I will be taking my car back to Dwayne Lanes from now on. I felt like they appreciated me coming in. More
