I called in to make an appointment for my corvette oil change they told me they don’t do appointments witch is wrong I’ve done them in the past they told me to Hed there there was only four cars and they change they told me they don’t do appointments witch is wrong I’ve done them in the past they told me to Hed there there was only four cars and they were going threw them fast so I got in car drove out there over an hr drive from GOLDBAR on the way I was thinking maybe I will buy a new truck. I got there and the gal said oh we are to busy it’s gonna be 3-4 hrs I said heck with this and left no oil change no new truck and going on road trip to az with no oil change. I will never go back there again More
spencer armijo sold a 2014 jeep to us with a broken glow plug. They had us sine a waver saying we new . The next morning we have check engine lamps, the remove start doesn't work, the cruse doesn't work the plug. They had us sine a waver saying we new . After taking it to the jeep dealer they told us it has a glow plug broken off in the head cyl #6 and it could be up to 8000.00 dollars to fix it!!!!! I call the sales department there not going to help us out. thank you for taking advantage of us. More
In November, I put down a deposit on a Bolt EUV and was told that It would not be available until spring. I was not told that this dealership had only sold a few Chevy Bolts so it got a very low allocatio told that It would not be available until spring. I was not told that this dealership had only sold a few Chevy Bolts so it got a very low allocation. In June, I was told that Chevrolet was stopping the production of Bolts and I might not get one. I have now canceled my order and have been waiting for 2 weeks for my deposit to be refunded with no response from the dealership. More

do not trust the service department I was told I had a head gasket leaking on my 2007 6.6 diesel truck with less than 75,000 miles and it was going to cost a minimum of $11,000 to fix. I talked to a other people about it and they said highly unlikley went to The Diesel Dr they said the egr cooler was bad replaced that for $2500 and hasn't leaked a drop of coolant since. dwayne lanes didn't mention anything about the egr cooler they just wanted me to spend $11,000 to replace the head gaskets and not repair the real problem. they have no customer service they want your money and don't care if you ever come back More
