In November, I put down a deposit on a Bolt EUV and was told that It would not be available until spring. I was not told that this dealership had only sold a few Chevy Bolts so it got a very low allocatio told that It would not be available until spring. I have now canceled my order and have been waiting for 2 weeks for my deposit to be refunded with no response from the dealership. More

do not trust the service department I was told I had a head gasket leaking on my 2007 6.6 diesel truck with less than 75,000 miles and it was going to cost a minimum of $11,000 to fix. I talked to a other people about it and they said highly unlikley went to The Diesel Dr they said the egr cooler was bad replaced that for $2500 and hasn't leaked a drop of coolant since. dwayne lanes didn't mention anything about the egr cooler they just wanted me to spend $11,000 to replace the head gaskets and not repair the real problem. they have no customer service they want your money and don't care if you ever come back More
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Dwayne Lane. We went back to talk to Chris because we were very satisfied with the first purchase. Once again these people have proven to be total lyers! ! My wife called them 6-months ago to talk to them about removing the payment protection that we added to our loan when we purchased there car! 6-yea ! This is to protect you incase of an accident when you owe more than the car is worth! To the tune of about 50.00 extra per month. They told her to call back when the car was under 5000.00 in which she did. And they could remove the protection plan and remove the monthly cost. But when she followed there advice! They then told her they had changed protection company and so it would not change anything! Really! What does that have to do with anything on our end? The person also said even if we remove it that it would not change our payment! LOLS 😆! 😆 FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THIS COMPANY HAS LIED OVERCHARGE US FOR WORK! KEPT OUR CAR WITH NO LOANER CAR FOR 8-WEEKS. LYERS/SCAMMERS AND CHEATS! THERE LOGO IS DEFINITELY WRONG WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.. Our Rep Riley Neumann w advertising & Customer Service ... so I confess I'm a 'jaded person' when it comes to sales. What an incredible experience! Our Rep Riley Neumann was INCREDIBLE. DAYS of graciously answering our million questions online, in text & on the phone (we were calling from Canada). ~ What totally sold us on this dealership was Riley's Colour Board of Fame ... pictures that customer kids had done for him. With a display like that in a business ... the company had to have a heart, & Riley proved it. The car we bought spoke for itself ... Dwayne Lanes totally restored my faith in mankind & proved that not all car dealerships are the same. Ask for Riley, purchase with confidence. More
