Me and my wife went to over a dozen dealerships with a check list for a newer Tahoe or Yukon. Most of the other dealerships were so agressive to sell a vehicle and to get us to spend as much as possible t check list for a newer Tahoe or Yukon. We saw a vehicle we liked on Dwain Taylors web site and contacted them for a price and were pleasanly suprised. We made the 70 mile trip and arrived to great service, a stress free environment and a salesman (Nick Ryan)that worked with us on the vehicle we wanted not what they wanted to sell us. They gave us top dollar for our trade-in, and Nick went out of his way to save us as much as possible. We bought a fully loaded 2007 LTZ Chevy Tahoe and we most definitly recommend shopping with Dwain Taylor Chevrolet. More

Amber and Chad were fantastic and part of the reason I chose to purchase the truck from Dwain Taylor. Other dealerships, 3 to be honest, had the same truck, same color, similar mileage and pricing… the difference for me was that you and Chad both followed up with me, chad even videoed the truck and emailed it to me so I could truly get a depiction of what I was driving 2.5 hrs away to see. Some of the others just wanted me to negotiate price over the phone and I thought they were assuming a lot, b/c I don't sell too many houses over the phone, nor would I want to buy a car that way. I wanted to see it as best I could prior to the purchase. He never pushed but definitely stayed in touch and contact from the word go and I appreciated that being that I always say, follow up till’ they buy or die.. I sold cars to put myself thru college in Knoxville and know exactly how hard business can be.. Your company from Holly Byrd to Chad and yourself have been stellar. I shopped for over 4 weeks finding just the right truck for me and at the right price. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone I know looking for a new car or truck. Beware of Dwain Taylor. Not only did they raise their quote on a car more than $2500 within the first 15 minutes of my meeting with Brock, but they also erased my one star review on Superpages.com. I refuse to be treated as anything less than a customer deserving of good service, and Dwain Taylor made me never want to step foot on a dealership lot again. I drove over 200 miles to Nashville to get a better deal, and came away with a car that was thousands of dollars less for the same car that I looked at at Dwain Taylor. Did I mention that Brock effectively erased all the rebates? He told me he was giving me the best deal he could find, but I'm pretty sure that that deal was best for him--after all, had I bought it from him, he would have pocketed the $3000 in rebates that he was refusing me. Please, please, PLEASE, stay away from Dwain Taylor. They are not honest businessmen, and will take your money with no regard for you. Keep your eyes open or Brock will take you for all your worth. I found a 2007 Toyota 4-Runner on the internet that fit all the criteria we had been looking for in a SUV. Nothing had to sell us on a Toyota, but the helpfulness of Dwain Taylors' employees from the inter all the criteria we had been looking for in a SUV. Nothing had to sell us on a Toyota, but the helpfulness of Dwain Taylors' employees from the internet Coordinator, Tyler Greene and internet sales manager, Nikki York to the sales manager, Mike Scott, our experience couldn't have been more pleasurable. My question about the availability of the vehicle was answered promptly by Tyler Greene via email and a phone call. We drove 250 miles to see and test drive the SUV and it was exactly as described on the internet. The 2007 Toyota 4-Runner was like new and priced lower than any other we had looked at in the past three months. Dwaine Taylor has an extremely courteous and informative staff and should be proud of the way they do business. We are so happy with our purchase..everyone should keep a close watch on This dealerships' inventory. You can't go wrong!! More
The service, both on the internet and in person, was really great. I was well informed on the price and on the vehicle prior to coming to the dealership.
