I bought my 2017 Honda Accord from this place and Conner took me for a test drive. It was very surprising how the seller was more interested in showing his cell phone cover during the test drive, rather tha took me for a test drive. Communicating with him was difficult, no text back, no response. Even after I traded in my Mustang and left a few personal belongings in there by mistake, he had made no effort for getting them back to me. I had to go back and ask somebody else to go look for my vehicle and get my dashcam and other items. Poor customer service for Conner, the other guy, who's name do not remember, was very helpful and went out of his way to get me my things back. More

Just found the maintenance plan they sold me is only good at their dealership, not any Honda dealership. I specifically asked since I was moving for something that was usable everywhere. They could try by not selling a used car to someone when it has a current lien on it. Then they stransfered my plate from my trade in but didnt notify dmv. 6 weeks later I still can not obtain a registratio it has a current lien on it. They lied and said that they were looking at their link to dmv and claimed that everything was all set. Except they said that 15 minutes after I left dmv. They backtracked and said that there was a problem and they would fedex me a temporary tag and registration. 5 days later, I still havent gotten it.so now I have a Tahoe that sits in my driveway because I cant legally drive it and have no way of getting any documentation that I legally own it besides my reciept from when I bought it. Already filed a complaint with the BBB and now calling an attorney. Dont buy from them! More

My car will be paid off this year and I do not feel as if I will continue getting my services done here. The staff does not care about your vehicle, the employees are rude and unprofessional, and wait times are ridiculous! I have felt this way for a while now, but today pissed me off to no return. Service manager Neil and advisor Tom are the worst men for the jobs. I brought my car in for AC work which is mandatory living in Florida. They did not answer my calls, return my calls, once we finally talked they repeatedly cut me off short mid conversation,just flat out did not give af! I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way. Oh yeah the conversation ended with them refusing to fix my AC blower! Duval Honda use to be such a great place, but it's like all the knowledgeable employees have left and they just hire anyone with two eyes and two legs. Oh yeah did I mention I knew it was the blower motor from a previous diagnostic report and I brought TWO copies, (two different days) yes TWO and mysteriously they both vanished into thin air. More
